About RAEXCEL Consulting Services

RAEXCEL Consulting is an independent regulatory affairs consulting firm located in Australia. Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Ming Lim, has more than 25 years of regulatory experience spanning a wide range of therapeutic areas and geographical regions. His main expertise lies in regulatory affairs matters in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the wider Asian markets.

Ming was most recently the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs for an Australian-based multinational Clinical Research Organisation heading up the regulatory function there. He had worked as a Regulatory Consultant for several Pharma MNCs managing a wide portfolio of regulatory projects for the ANZ markets. Prior to his consulting career, Ming was the Regional Director for regulatory CMC strategy for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
